Teaching Department
In order to incorporate the cultural heritage of research institutes on every level into the cooperation scheme between universities and colleges via formal education channels or informal channels, the department should establish a complete and systematic training program that provides cultural heritage self-education for the public. The department should also improve its administrative capacity for managing the cultural workforce to strengthen the soft power of Taiwan's cultural heritage.
Functions- Arrange training classes with an eye to laying a foundation of cultural heritage education
- Execute cooperation projects planned by the Bureau of Cultural Heritage
- Offer advisory services for learning about cultural heritage
Vocational Training Department
To make sure the trained cultural workers' skills match the needs of the cultural industry and market, the department should establish a skill assessment scheme and arrange proper cultural heritage education and training courses. These programs will facilitate school education to closely meet the needs of needs of the industry.
Functions- Facilitate industry-academia development
- Arrange courses that offer training and assistance for preparing for a licensing test
- Execute cooperation projects planned by the Bureau of Cultural Heritage
Research and Development Department
To put cultural heritage preservation and repair skill to use where needed, the department should promote the research and development of cultural heritage preservation skills so that Taiwan's cultural heritage will be better preserved and the cultural workers'repair skills and expertise can improve.

- Increase the applications of research results
Extension Education Department
To educate the public about Taiwan's cultural heritage and acquaint them with Taiwan's cultural heritage, the department should improve the public's appreciation for the preservation, sustainable development, and repurposing and reuse of cultural heritage, hoping they will hold on to their cultural roots on an international scale.
